What to Expect

At our center, we believe that trust, transparency, and clear communication are the foundations of a successful therapy journey. Here’s what you can expect when you connect with us.

Initial Contact

Reach out to us via phone, email, or our online form. A member of our intake team will respond promptly to answer your questions and schedule a free initial consultation.

Free Consultation (Optional)

You’ll meet with one of our specialists (in person or virtually) to discuss your child’s development, concerns you may have, and what services might be appropriate. This is a safe space to ask questions and learn about our center.

Intake Forms & Background Information

We’ll send you a set of intake forms to gather important information about your child’s history, developmental milestones, previous evaluations (if any), and goals for therapy.

Comprehensive Evaluation

Your child will participate in a personalized evaluation by one or more of our licensed professionals (speech therapist, OT, psychologist, etc.). This helps us better understand their strengths, challenges, and areas of support needed.

Individualized Therapy Plan

After reviewing the results, we develop a custom therapy plan tailored to your child’s profile. We’ll walk you through the recommendations, frequency of sessions, and goals — and make sure you feel fully informed before starting.

Start of Services

Therapy sessions begin! You’ll receive regular updates, progress reports, and opportunities to meet with your child’s therapists. We also offer parent support and coaching throughout the process.
